Kenna
graduated
from the University of Alberta in 1975 with a Bachelor of Arts degree
with Distinction, with a major in anthropology and minors in
psychology/sociology. Since then she has completed a number of
courses towards a Special Certificate in Psychology from the U of A,
as well as writing, computer and secretarial related courses
throughout her career as a medical-legal secretary/transcriptionist
and former research assistant. Presently Kenna is enrolled in a
variety of business courses at the Northern Alberta Institute of
Technology.
Her
associates include a number of mature individuals with expertise in transcription
from tapes, digital files, and handwritten copy.
Our
equipment includes scanners,
laser
printers, color
inkjet printers, a color
laser printer, a plain paper fax and photocopier, and
several different types of transcription equipment including the
capability for transcribing microcassette,
minicassette
and standard tapes,
digital
transcription, transcription and back-ups from CD and DVD, e-mail attachments,
and USB
memory key if provided by the client.
